About the retreat

A deep dive into mindfully connecting with your inner & outer landscapes, remembering your interdependence with the web of life, and sensing into the profound insights available in the natural world.

What you can expect

This daylong retreat offers periods of teaching, seated meditation, movement practice, mindful eating, and group sharing; with time spent on Zoom and outdoors. It will include practices, stories and teachings that incorporate the beauty and wisdom of the natural world, and provide 'take-away' exercises and practices to help participants integrate more mindfulness into their daily lives following the retreat.
